How To Cook Butternut Squash
This video is for all of you potato lovers who need a healthier side to go along with your meals! A butternut squash can seem a little intimidating, but it is quite easy to prepare and very nutritious.
Your video on cooking squash was great. However, you omitted towards the end how long you roast the squash chunks and at what temperature. Can you let me know?

Hi Marilyn! You can roast the chunks the same as if you just cut it in half, 425 degrees for about 30 minutes or until soft and golden brown. The chunks cook quicker of course than if you left it in half. In the video I demonstrate two different ways to cook butternut squash: roast or steam. Steaming butternut squash is quick and easy, takes about 7 minutes on the stove. Hope that helps clear up any confusion!
